1 - remove virt-v2v and ovftool if you have them installed already
2 - download the relevant tarball, eg el10_virt-v2v.tar.gz (for the fedora one replace below accordingly)
3 - gunzip el10-virt-v2v.tar.gz
4 - docker load -i el10_virt-v2v.tar
5 - create wrapper/shims as per below:
